Tips for BeginnersExploration/
Growth
Utilizing Shrines
Be sure to explore and seek out shrines.
Praying at shrines will replenish your held elixirs and restore your Life, and when you die, you will return to the last shrine at which you prayed.
Furthermore, as long as you are not in the middle of battle or a mission, you can also use the map to fast travel to any shrine you've already unlocked.
Leveling Up with Amrita
When you die, the Amrita in your possession is left behind in the form of a grave, and by returning to this grave, you can reclaim your lost Amrita. However, if you die before reclaiming your Amrita, it will be lost permanently, so be sure to spend it on leveling up at a shrine once you have a fair amount.
Amrita can be spent to level up Core Stats. Alongside increasing your Life to help you survive for longer, you will benefit from different enhancements depending on which Core Stat you choose to level up.
Changing Equipment
You can obtain new equipment in a variety of ways, including opening chests and defeating enemies.
When you obtain new equipment, you can compare it to your currently equipped items to see which has better stats, then change your loadout accordingly.
If you aren't concerned about your equipment's special effects and simply want to equip the items with the highest Attack or Defense, try utilizing the convenient Auto-Equip feature.
Additionally, if you feel that your current weapon type doesn't suit your playstyle, be sure to try out one of the many other weapon types.
Checking Amrita Memories
If you're ever confused about anything in the game, try accessing "Amrita Memories" from the Main Menu. There, you can reread tutorials or revisit information about the story in the encyclopedia.
As you progress through the story, certain encyclopedia entries will update, so be sure to return to entries and see what's new.
