Learning skills requires spending Skill Points

Learning a skill makes it possible to learn the adjoining skills next.
Primary Ways to Obtain Skill Points

- - Unlocking Mana Circulators
- - Finding new locations
- - Completing quests
Unlocking Skills
Some skills will start out locked. Once the lock on a skill has been broken, you will be able to learn it.
Locks come in two varieties: Energy Prism Locks and Multi-line Locks.
Energy Prism Locks
Spend Energy Prisms 
to break these locks.
Multi-line Locks
To break these locks, you'll need to learn all of the specified skills first.
