Elements and Status Effects

Action Elements

Hitting enemies with elements they are weak to can result in massive damage.

Skills

Skills are divided into two types: physical and magic.

Where to Check Skill Elements

  • - The icon displayed on a skill during combat.
  • - From "Skills" under Battle Settings on the main menu.

Items

Items have four elements: fire ice bolt and air.

Where to Check Item Elements

  • - The item's icon.
  • - From "Items" under Battle Settings on the main menu.

Status Effects

Your team can be affected by a variety of status effects during battle.

Status effects are divided into two categories: positive effects and negative effects. Some effects have levels of depth; the higher the level, the more powerful the effect will be.

Status effects will wear off over time.

You can check a character's status effects during combat from the pause screen.
