The new Legend Mode includes Hero Scenarios, depicting the stories of heroes, and Legend Scenarios, which are remakes of battles from past games that series fans will recognize. As battles are cleared a town known as the castle town will develop. The familiar Challenge Mode is also included, and through online rankings players can compete against each other to see who can defeat the most enemies.
