“Musou mode” introduces a tree system where the stage expands according to the player's actions. The total number of scenarios, including stages with hidden elements, increased significantly with more than double the scenarios of the previous game, and the number of sub-officers also increased to 300. In addition, battle royal matches with up to 4 players was possible using the PSP's online gaming feature.
